Based in  Moscow, Russia TEN Flecs facility provides efficient industrial prototyping and manufacturing solutions
MANUFACTURING
The production line is equipped with Gen 2.5 facilities for 2000 sq meters of the cleanroom made by tier-1 FPD industrial suppliers and compatible with all of the mass-production technologies.
TECHNOLOGY
TEN Flecs transferred from FlexEnable (UK) and scaled-up oTFT matrix production technology to industrial scale. It makes it possible to produce flexible and almost transparent electronics.
CAPABILITIES
TEN Flecs processes a robust variety of technologies: slit coating, wet & dry etching, metal sputtering, photolithography, and many more.
CAPACITY
The facility project capacity is 4000 sq meters of the TFT matrix per year and over 150 mln NFC-tags per year.
PRODUCT
oTFT matrix production technology has made conductive layers thinner and the substrate layer is made of the polymer film.

As a consequence, the thickness of the TFT matrix with the substrate is decreased to dozens μm without a decline in quality.
